Mohammed Saud AL-Shafai Establishment was founded by Mr. Mohammed AL-Shafai an aspiring Saudi Arabian businessman, He established a general contractor for the building in Saihat and Qatif the 1982.
Later, In 1988 he expanded his business successfully into ( construction materials, electric and plumbing ) to support construction projects.
In 90s economic good conditions support for the private sector and provided an ideal environment to expand, in 1994 Mr. Mohammed AL-Shafai opened a store for home appliances and air-conditioning with a specialized workshop in maintenance for electronics, electrical appliances and air-conditioning.
In 1998 Mr. AL-Shafai opened the air-conditioning division as one of the specialized establishment in eastern region, and it accomplished many of projects with Saudi Aramco , banks , companies and government projects.
